In order to carry out the EPCS mission and vision, we rely on the generosity of our school families and the surrounding communities. We have many opportunities for service, and desire that every family partake of that opportunity to build support and fellowship. See our Voluteer page for more details

Your financial contribution to EPCS can be made in the following ways:

Option 1: Donate Online via our website, or via PayPal Directly.

You can specify what you wish your donation to go towards by clicking “Add special instructions to the seller” link on the “Review your donation” page. See an example here:

Option 2: If you want to use more traditional means of giving, feel free to make out checks to EPCS and mail directly to the EPCS address.

Option 3: We also take credit/debit card donations over the phone if that is easier for you.

Option 4: Often, teachers and students are in need of items that will enhance classroom learning but lack the means to purchase the needed items. Below is a list of wish list items. Before purchase/donation inquire about the current need.

Items:

Volleyball/Basket balls–$20-40 each
Chrome Book Laptop Computers–$200-300 each
Choir/Drama Risers–$3000-4000
Volleyball Standards (Poles and Net)–$3000

Your EPCS donation can be directed toward the following possibilities:

General Fund: This fund contains operating expenses and EPCS Budget items. Your donations will be used to cover general expenses (electricity, water, snow removal, payroll, etc.).

EPCS Scholarship Fund: Your donation will be used to help assist in tuition for students who normally might not be able to afford an EPCS education.

Focus on the Future: This program allows donors to contribute a specific amount on a monthly basis or a one-time annual gift. Donors will be provided with school updates letters, and schedules of, and invitations to, upcoming events.

Adopt-a-bill: Monthly bills are often “adopted” by EPCS community members and paid for. A list of these monthly bills are generally listed in the weekly School Door, the EPCS newsletter.

TOPS in Education

You are encouraged to participate in the TOPS In Education program. If you register your Tops BonusPlus or BonusCard online at TopsMarkets.com/Education and select EPCS, a percentage of your eligible purchases will be donated during the 2016-2017 TOPS In Education program year. Please register soon!

All donations and purchases are considered donations and can be claimed on itemized income taxes.
